How It Works

Wall thickness should be an exact multiple of your line width (usually = nozzle diameter). If your wall is 1.0mm with a 0.4mm nozzle, the slicer fits 2 lines (0.8mm) leaving a 0.2mm gap that creates weak spots. Design walls at 0.8mm or 1.2mm instead. Most parts need 3-4 walls for good strength.
